There were two big screens on either side of the stage and here is Severin being projected on them. Sev didn't perform in the show but he was a host, he talked and introduced all the acts and stuff, Severin is a cool kid and he did a good job as host.

The day.
So this day also turned out to be much more exciting then I thought it would. I woke up and attempted to go to school, this didn't work out just the way I had hoped it would because my class wasn't there. I guess this day had been mentioned before because everybody else knew but I didn't. My whole class was at the local college for like a "think about your future" day. I called some of the kids in my class to see what they were doing and to see if it was worth it to go there. They said that they were just about done and so I turned around and went back home and wrote in my blog a little until a friend called me. It was Alfred, a friend from my class, and he called and invited me to lunch with a few of the kids from my class! Nice kid, I rode to bus into town and I rather enjoyed it because it was so nice out, not to cold and to top it all off it was just a little bit rainy. I really enjoy those days. I was heading home from lunch when I called Caitlin to see what she was doing, she told me where she was and so I met her up, not totally sure what was happening. I went to Conventum, there are actually two Conventum's but they both serve the same purpose, concert halls. Caitlin was doing a sound check for the talent show that was going to take place later that night. Severin, my future host brother called me and told me I needed to come to the show while I was lunch with my friends and so I was debating going. When I went to the sound check though I knew that I had to go, I saw that the show was going to be great and so I decided to go. Luckily though Severin helped me get a ticket off of somebody who had purchased one but wasn't going to attend the show. I watched the sound check for a little bit nd then went home to change real quick. I somehow ended up meeting Caitlin at the Skinnars house and then together we biked to her current host family the Suvanders. They graciously fed me and I got to know them a little bit better. We all went to the show together and had a great time! Caitlin performed in the show in two different acts and it was awesome! I knew a bunch of other kids that were in it too, it was basically just a talent show but the talents were really amazing, it was mostly singing and music but there was some dancing and some magic as well. I was really impressed I can't imagine a talent show happening like that at my school in the US, kids were allowed to do whatever, they didn't have to censor everything. After the show I went home and slept tight :D. Great day filled with great friends!
