Alla Hjärtans Dag

My first Kinder egg! It was on Saturday with Pauline, she bought it for me! Tack Pauline!

Monday was Valentines day, or as it's said in Sweden Alla Hjärtans Dag! I woke to a present from my Swedish Mommy Gunn, almost the same as I would in the US from my Mommy there. It was a good start to the day though, always nice to get a little gift! Tack Mamma :D. After that I caught the bus to school and went to PE where we played volleyball. I kept wishing everybody a happy valentines day and everybody was surprised, nobody really seemed to know about it or really care, not the same as in the US. It was good Monday school though, PE where I played volleyball, computers where I worked on a project for the class, in Math I took a test which was actually kind of fun because I could test myself and not hav it really matter. Finally I followed my class around to a few more classes because the IV program that I go to Swedish with was on a field trip or something. At any rate it was a good day, not to Valentines day themed, in school there was one table set up selling cards for five krowns, that was at least something! I then went home and spent the next 5 or so hours making little things out of paper it was a really good waste of time I think maybe I learned how to do some useful stuff :D. All in all just a chill day, made me happy though, I was glad to be just chillin and it turned out to be one of the most calm valentines day I've ever had. haha.

Tuesday, day after Valentines day and it was hard to get out of bed. I somehow turned my alarm off while I was sleeping and then woke ten minutes after it went off, the things that happen when you sleep. I was able to get up on time though and tat was good :D. Almost missed the bus because I forgot my headphones at home and had to run back and get them, but I didn't miss the bus. Arrived at school and went to PE, I talked to Mathilda about going to her English class the day before but I wasn't totally sure if I was going to so, I went to PE and played ping pong for a few minutes before talking to Mathilda and finding her class. I introduced myself and kind just hung out in the class, I talked a little bit about America and about Oregon but they invited me back in a few weeks when they are going to talk just about the US so that should be fun times! I ate lunch with Mathilda and a few of the girls from her class so that was fun. I then went to Swedish class and then English. During school Pauline asked me if I wanted to go for a fika with her and so after school I met up with her and we went to a shoe store to buy some converse, we then walked around trying to find a new place to go and take a fika. We didn't end up finding any place new but we still went for fika for an hour or so. It's always good to go fika with her, I enjoy it. I went to talk with Eva for a few minutes and helped her move something inside her shop and then I hurried to the bus stop to catch a ride home. It was a good day over all. When I came home I just relaxed and watched a few soccer games on TV, I'm really getting into soccer over here, it's the main sport and it's always on so I am learning to enjoy it more and more! All in all a great day :D.
